Fresh Leaf Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 cups of water

Fresh Leaf Instructions

  • Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil
  • Finely chop oregano leaves and add them in two cups
  • Pour the hot water over the oregano leaves into the cups
  • Let them sit for about 5 minutes before drinking

Dry Leaf Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 2 cups of water

Dry Leaf Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Divide the oregano into two cups
  • Pour water over the laves and into the cups
  • Let them sit for 5 minutes before drinking
